About us
You Might Know Us as Clean Curb Appeal
If you've lived in Spring for a while, there's a good chance you've seen our trucks under a different name. We started out as Clean Curb Appeal in 2014, and over the years Aqua Aces, Aces Commercial Services and All Service Striping all came under the same roof. Today it's one company, Jade Exterior Services, and it's still locally owned and based in Spring.
That history is why we can take care of both sides of the job. We'll soft wash your two-story home one day and stripe a shopping center's lot the next, so you've got one number to call for all of it.
- Set up for big jobs. Our trucks pull their own hose reel trailers, and we bring surface cleaners for big concrete jobs like shopping center lots and parking garages.
- A price you can count on. You'll know what the job costs before we start, and there won't be any surprise charges at the end.
- Bundles for homeowners. If you'd like the house, the driveway and the gutters done together, ask about a residential bundle when you call.

What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses a strong stream of water, and it's the right tool for concrete, pavers and parking lots. Soft washing turns the pressure way down and lets a cleaning solution do the work, which is what roofs, stucco and most siding need. We'll use whichever one suits the surface, and plenty of properties get both.
Are your cleaning products safe for my plants and pets?
We use safe cleaning products, and we're careful around your landscaping while we work. If there's something you'd like us to keep an eye on, like a garden bed or the spot where your dog likes to lie, just tell us when we come out.
Do you have bundles for homeowners?
We do. If there's more than one thing on your list, like the siding, the walkway and the windows, ask about a residential bundle and we'll quote it all as one visit.
Do you work on commercial properties and parking lots?
Yes, and it's a big part of what we do. We wash buildings, sidewalks and parking lots, and we also stripe, sealcoat and remove old pavement markings. If your property is in the City of Houston and the wash water has to be collected, we can handle that too.
Do you hang Christmas lights?
We sure do. We'll put them up before the holidays and come back to take them down afterward, so you won't have to get on a ladder at all.
